Not possible as default to activate these function by vag-com for standard 8P or 8J cars.
As default it is only possible to have these function on S3 or RS3 dashboard.

These function are present in the eeprom software but they are locked.

This mods allow you to unlock these function in eeprom , and after you will be able to activate function by vag-com or directly in eeprom as explain in the tutorial.
