Poor people usualy dont work whit dealers level tool for BMW.
For POOR people Inpa+Ista D ,( K+DCAN cable) that is your tool and more than inafe for "poor" people.
For ICOM you woud need to test your luck.

Why do you need ICOM if you are poor? The only reason ICOM is required is to do programming of cars. But then you want to save 200€ on ICOM and then risk breaking 10000€ car?

I had to buy a second ICOM because
The first one did not have a DCAN line
For simple programming you do not need ICOM to have a different interface
