What is the speed limiter setting?

maybe you can remove this also by using official diagnosis !! but I'm not sure ..
fap/egr/swirl/dtc/tuned/immo....etc...

By official EASY IVECO is not possibile to deactivate SPEEDLIMITER ( 100 KM/H) in EDC17.
I try to remove it in local Iveco service and they claim that it is not possibile.

Not official swiftec have solution but i have try it and not working.
My tunning partner make it by himself and his solution work.
