ECU BOSCH EDC16CP 0281013191

dpf was off
egr was off
swirl flaps was off.

Auto drives good, no errors in ECU but smokes blue every rpm.
At first I suppose that is the problem in engine or injectors.
After flatting maps like on photo. Smoking was stoped ...
but when car drive ~100-150km, it starts smoking again.

When engine was cold there is no smoke. But if its hot ...
smokes a lot in every rpm.

I would be very thankful if somebody help me with this.

You have tried with original dump? can to be problem to turbocharger when hot passes some drop of oil and you have smoke every rpm

May be problem in EGR cooler? Coolant gets to exhaust.

I think it is not oil burn problem. Smoke smells like unburned diesel.
Car has less than 200.000 km mileage, before dpf cut there is no oil consumption.

I think its software problem ... after cut dpf egr and swirl flaps car smokes like now.
Next post injection maps was flated... smoke stoped.
200km more and starts smoke again.
I checked engine parameters regeneration didnt started that it wasnt dpf maps problem.
I suppose that reason is in post injection map but I didnt know how to fix it maybe my damos file to this engine (ASB) isnt
complete beacause I didnt see any more maps marked as Post Incjection MAP

I think the problem is in nozzles ! When dpf was in place, it filtered the smoke out. In many 3.0 tdi the nozzles are defective.

They engines are bad for injectors,try an good fuel cleaner direct in filter housing,also check oil level and diesel dilution as level can stay same if its topping its self up with diesel as bearings/seals can go on turbo and allow oil past when hot.
you say its not dpf issue and you have checked.
cant comment on mappack / damos as cant see

Why you zeroed so many DTC codes correct solution for DPF off on this is to use switch which is correct at 1D16C4 and just unplug sensors (2 temperature sensors one at filter and one before) to get rid of SW incompatibility error and limp mode. If there is smell of unburnt diesel on idling when car is hot it is very likely nozzles are leaking did you tested groups 72-77 with vag-com for negative corrections ??? Does starter motor locking up on attempt to start engine when is warm and left off for 5 mins or so.

The problem was finded. Turbocharger was damaged. If DPF was cutted all is ok. But if its working without presure on exhaust (no dpf/no cat only exhaust silencer), the rottor change his working axis ... when car drives all is ok because oil was burned in high presure - ... if car stoped after 20-30 seconds turbo stops working (rotating) and oil leaks to exhaust.

Glad you took advice and found issue.turbo are same on dpf and non dpf engine,,,,issue is just bad turbo seals.
