i checked vin decoder i have ;

6AA Bmw Teleservices
6AB Control Teleservices
6FL Usb-/audio Interface
6NF Ext.con.of The Music Play.i.mobilph
609 Navigation System Professional
612 Bmw Assist
614 Internet Preparation
615 Extended Bmw Online Information
616 Bmw Online
620 Voice Input System
633 Prep.mob. Ph. Business Bluet.interf.

But i can't play musics on my iPhone 7+
No album art
etc...
whats wrong with me
when i connect my phone to usb in armrest not recognized

i so confused pls someone help...

yes but its written like that;
Software update with BMW ConnectedDrive.
To perform the software update via USB stick, you will require the USB audio interface (included in optional equipment codes SA 6FL, SA 6NH, SA 6NK, SA 6NL, SA 6NS, SA 6AE, SA 6NR) as well as the Control Display and iDrive. This offer is only available for selected vehicles manufactured after March 2010. Your vehicle can be updated provided that you have the ‘Software update’ option on your ‘Settings’ menu in the Control Display.

But i don't have Software Update option on my settings menu..

Hey whats up , so if i had this issue 1st i would try and restore my privacy setting in General->Reset->Reset Location & Privacy Afterwards, when you connect your iphone to the usb port you should have a "Trust this device?" on the screen selct Yes. it should work now. Just make sure your not connected to the car when you do these steps. lmk if this helps!

Does your car have a combox as well?
as far as I know you need the SA 6NS to stream music via Bluetooth with album art etc.
if you have a combox fitted you can retrofit 6NS by software

#0411 + 644 + 6FL +6VC (you have to remove the TCU and replace your MULF to COMBOX)

Then have to fix rear cam input (wert_23 to wert_21)

When you start istaD or ncsexpert are combox there or tcu+mulf?
only combox know A2DP (bluetooth streaming) and cover art.

in VO than you should have 644 (for bluetooth), 6vc for combox, 6fl for usb and maybe zeitkriterion will be #0910 enough. maybe you have to add also +TELD and recode also KOMBI to ged rid of SOS error

You have probably "old" car, but maybe for a few weeks. Before 2 modules were used for bluetooth and USB funcion. non of them offer album art, or if, icons were only small, also only voice call was enabled, no music transfer. in 2010 but after some month - guess it was 2010/6 came COMBOX - new model which joins TCU and MULF to one ecu and also add new possibilities like internet, BT music, etc. it is possible to replace it, but it will cost something and have to reorganize cables in trunk.
