Hi all

I try to connect with a few fiat cars by obd and i receive communication error. I checked cable from db25 to obd with multymeter and is ok. After i make HW Test i receive results as in picture. Does anybody knows somethink about it ?

Thats a ground error i get that if car lot wires in a gps on the obd2 connector wires check your wires to obd socket to see if they been tampered with mainly the ground

Thanks for help mate but i do HW test with obd multyplex DISconected from car. Problem is not from car obd socket. Also i can not connect to any car through obd.

Have you checked where your dongle connects may have bent pins

The Problem come from device components or so
You need to send Message to technical support , they will guide you how to repair , or maybe u need to send them back the device to repair

if no result i can make test in mine interface and we will check where the Problem come from

I will check it and compare with a friends device and see.
