Hello

could anyone please read SSPs for F10 2015, and compare what are wiring differences between S524 (original) and S522 versions (mounted after crash) as i feel lost. what should i rewire @ frm connectors to let it work

dont know how to search for correct ssps for both version. now car is only 524>522 recoded but there is no road lights and when car sleeps there is exscesive current draw.

Well thanks for answer but.. read the question please. I had 524, now i need to rewire it for regular 522... and i just can't find ssp's related to this in ista.

Could you kindly please check SSPs and paste it here ? I can't find other SSPs at least in my ista than one for.. halo lights and 522LED lights...

Well also road light xenon shutter do not react so i bet there is more than need to remove k-can (supossedly k-can is at 524 headloights for bulb vertical movement yes?)

the K-CAN-Wires are for the TMS modules and for vertical bulb movement (AHL).

You need an VIN from an F10 with 522 xenon, otherwise ISTA doesnt show you an SSP for Xenon.
You can not search it manual, i have the same problem at my f32. I search for headlights and only led and halogen is founded.

Apart from grounding pin which in 524 sits in in 2/4 pin @ headlight instead of 2/7, how to swap wires to get road lights working ?

Also i think pin 8 at each lamp needs to be disconnected (LIM probably for AHL)

Or i think i should use this (LIM previously) pin 8 (move it to 5) as xenon shuter controlling wire and rewire it to frm's a58*2b pin 41 right ?

in s524 configuration it seems that xenon shutter works via LIM ? and that is why it is not connected at all to frm ? and in 522 its pure electric thing on/off via wire nr5 ?

wrong guys.

lci 254 have can3 which need to be connected to zgw and you will need extra live one goes in to jbbf 2nd to rear fuse holder.

print out or safe your current 522 diagrams, make a notes, then change FA from 522 to 524, save it and write it in to the car. After master record start ista and do check, you will see many faults and you will see 524 diagrams.

I do not want to retrofit 524 instead of 522.
I need to RUN 522 in car where 524 were installed previously. That is it.
