And both are disabled, ISTA+ and ISTAP. Cleared registry, deleted logs, nothing! Very strange. Lost my download backup, cant imagine having to download all again. I need help

Well!! I adjusted by laptop time backwards to use some launcher. Seems that may have affected the ista licence! Will set it back and test!! Amazing!

For unpack archives use 7-zip 16.04 or higher.

ISTA-P work with old and new Loader from beemerboy88.
