When i executed in a separate folder as suggested it opens but the APP ID is showing -1 instead of 252

When i executed in a separate folder as suggested it opens but the APP ID is showing -1 instead of 252

I get the same error!

I also had this error with someone else's skc..... I fixed so on the same computer put 09.2017 - patched skc..... saved it on the desktop.....-put on top of 12.2017 and put skc.... all data is displayed correctly now.

So, to solve the problem WE have to install first 09/2017 and so on, and than update with 12/2017?
