Hello fellow members, I have and issue with my Xentry/Das. It's the 12/2016 version and connects with a Chinese clone C5. When I scan my 2014 CLA250, it reads/scan the car fine with no problem. Now, when try to read/scan my 2010 GL450, it goes to DAS and gives me this error "CaesarEngine firmware is being loaded to RAM" and it will not go pass that. The C5 clone is not blacklisted or has the exclamation error. If anyone has encounter this error, would you be kind enough to point in the right direction as to how I can fix this issue.
