Error in ISTA when calculating measures plans
I have a new laptop which I have installed 4.08.24 on and when I try to go into programming it fails to calculate the measures plan and gives me the error:
"The given key was not present in the dictionary." Digging into the logs, it appears to be giving me this error when scanning the installed SWT state from the vehicle. Happens on multiple vehicles, wiped and completely reinstalled everything (Windows, ISTA, etc) on the laptop. If I use a different laptop, everything works perfectly. Anyone seen this error before? |

Have you been able to identify any differences in notebooks?

Have you added the reg key for programming?

RE: Error in ISTA when calculating measures plans
Only difference is the model, one is a ThinkPad T450s and the other is a ThinkPad T430s. Both on build 1709 of Windows 10.
Only difference was the T450s was upgraded from 4.07.x and the T430 is a clean install of everything. T430 doesn't work, same error every time. Dug around in the logs and it looks like some kind of .NET error. |

Remove all .Netframework from laptop and remove all %temp% restart laptop and reinstall the .Net assemblies and then run ISTA again with measures plan. Some time it cause by low end processors. high end i7 cpu is better than AMD cpu. |

The machine is running Windows 10 so it's impossible to remove the built-in 4.7 .Net frameworks. I can remove the 3.5 .Net framework that ISTA requires and try again. The T430 has a i5 3320m processor (dual core 2.6ghz) so I doubt it's a processor issue. |

RE: Error in ISTA when calculating measures plans
"Dug around in the logs and it looks like some kind of .NET error." - it should not be "some kind of error" but specific error. Post it here so maybe its self-explanatory or someone already had it and found how to solve. Or better post the whole log so we can read other messages in there as well.
