Will try, but system also asks for activation code, one that was given for the beginning of update does not accepted by the car.

Then you definitely need to follow the advice in post #2 in the first place, imo.

code your cic again with esys,or ista P and retry with new usb pen with fresh download files ,do not forget to unblock the files.

Try again is sometimes stoped on 60-70% try again usb stick and then is good.

Attached a pdf guide how to flash update control units using Esys.

Start from page 5, the procedure is the same for you car as every other and depending on which connection type you use you can connect to the car as you want. ENET cable over vin connection is fine for headunit flash. 
Make sure you have a charger connected that can maintain at least 14 volts constant during update or you may brick the unit. 

Also make sure you save your original SVT soll before flashing so you have an extra backup if something goes wrong to flash back to.
