BMW F30 aftermarket reverse camera fault
Hello,
I bought an aftermarket reverse camera for NBT from Emtronika, the one which requires coding and functions the same as TRSVC. Everything works, but only for the first minute after I turn on KL15 and KL30 (engine is not turned on). Then the video cuts off and I think the module stops working. Connections are all ok, but I think the problem is in the power supply. The module is directly connected to the NBT’s power cables. Does anyone have experience with this? I think I need to add some sort of voltage regulator to the camera module’s input to filter the voltage. Please help Miha Video: https://youtu.be/Vn4NP3HVkbE |

Emtronika has warranty on these parts, just return it and get a new one. These are good quality products, I have had one faulty ECU of this type, all others have worked and still do work just fine. I live in Finland so winter temperatures get really low and still these do work.

I had 2 camera for CIC and also no issues yet. try to contact emtronika with this issue.

New camera module fitted, everything works as it should
 but I have another issue now. I fitted another camera to a F30 with NBT and manual transmission. The dynamic lines only work when I press the brake pedal. Very strange... Emtronika said they dont have a solution, that this is a known issue with manual transmission cars. Anyone have a solution? |
