Think I wanna just do it my self
Local dealer time line to do the campaign is to long

Had the update done on my BMW e9x now has the engine fault reduce power

If your car has an automatic gearbox, and you program your car with ISTA-D 3.58.1 or higher. Then there is a vacuum sensor must be mounted. See repair instructions REP-REP RAE9011-1166X01 in ISTA-D.

Can anyone assist ?

Thanks man was i the only thing missing is the actual pressure sensor PN what i cant confirm

Another thing was the work instruction i wanna DIY this project seems is fairly simple task just wanted all the pages ive attached a picture explaining.

Here are the other repair instructions. But if I were you I would leave the DCS unit where it is. If you open the brake system you have to bleed the brake system again and that can be a difficult job.

I don’t think I should need to think I can change that vacuum hose with out moving the unit more than likely i think the DME UPDATE ISTA Was from a higher version than P3.58.1 so I think the unit possible already looking for the sensor cause the fault is vacuum sensor signal so I’m ah just do the Retrofit an see if the fault goes away I’m moee than likely it was just space to work round the booster again thanks for you support
On another note I had bought the ISTA SOFWARE TRYING TO GET OT TO RUN OF A COMPUTER BUT problem see you guys have a lot of downloads An support I’m out the country now but when I get in Ill prob try get some support with that thanks again

Completed the Retrofit install everything workin fine fault code went away o. Start up just cleared the history An good to go thanks for the assistance Again
