Trying to program a key for a Sebring, the maxidas is indentifing it as a Mitsubushi and cannot read the Skim .the car would start for two seconds and quit . Now it wont crank because it is probaly lock out .
Has anybody experienced this before? Is this the right tool to read this vehicle? Would the sbb machine work for this car? |

This car use mitsubishi system, texas crypto(4D-61) chip. Y165 key blank or mit13( N-chip.) You don't need pin for programming.

I am using mvp from advanced-diagnostic. I think any basic universal key programmer should work.
