Hi! I have BMW G11 740d 2017/03 after crash. Now, after repair we tried to start an engine, it didn't start, so I connected computer and in Ecu Tree there is no DDE module (and there is no fault about "No communication with DDE"). Also there is no VTG module, ACC, EPS and maybe others. There is a lot of informations that ECUs don't receive information from DDE. I repaired FlexRay cable to EPS and then engine start, but I still haven't this ECU on ecu tree and I can't see errors from this.

What is the damage? Check for wiring damage and repair it. I see problem with communication to the headlights.

Front damage, wiring have been repaired. But strange thing is that engine now starts, but I don’t see error that there is no communication with DDE.
Headlights are disconnected.

Check all FlexRay Branch both wires and port inside BDC (tool32)

Ok I will check, but now Flexray is ok, earlier cable to EPS was damaged.

Odd try battery reset all 3 of them , and or zgm special measure aka manually select software update

If flexray is not recognized, use ista/p to program car and except measureplan...
