Hi,
I have a problem with the installation. I have successfully installed versions 3.63.0.400 and 3.63.1.002 so far. If I want to install the new version 3.63.2.001, I get an error number 25000 - required base version not installed. Were there other versions between 3.63.1.002 and 3.63.2.001?

Do you use Loader from beemerboy88? If so and you didn't close it right your installation might be deleted.

Look to C:\programdata\BMW\ISPI\Data\TRIC if the ISTA-P folder exists. And is more than 100GB.

If not instal Ista-p 3.63.0.400 and 3.63.1.002 again.

You're right. In the folder almost everything was deleted.

With me is exactly like that. I installed version 3.63.0.400 and then updated to 3.63.1.002 and then the base version was deleted. Storage space with instalierenten ISTA-P still over 146 GB. Does anyone have the same problem and flas yes how did you solve this?
