Check if your SQLiteDBs in the folder c:\rheingold\SQLiteDBs\ are NOT right protected and the access is allowed (right click on every database) to ensure that they are not blocked because they come from an other system.

They are all unlocked.
The installation was done as usual, with all the trimmings, so I do not know why it is ..

Not found veichles, Recognized ICOM, KL15, KL30, same thing with ENET and STD
back to 4.08 ok, someone else has the same problem?

Apologies if this is a really silly question but how are you supposed to install ISTA/D once you have downloaded the files? There doesn't seem to be an installer .exe or anything that looks obvious. Thanks
