F11 pre-lci swap seats code out seat detection warning light
On a F11 pre-lci I have installed comfort seats. The passengers seat sensor is apparently different then the standard seats. The seat sensor on the comfort seat has 2 pins and on the standard seat 3 pins. I now get the airbag and seatbelt warning light.
Can I code this out so that the airbag and seatbelt indication sensor will be off? MGU virgin and patching in Europa.

Can you Not simply wire according to the diagrams and make it actually work?....

There are 2 options, code it out completelly or connect those 3 wires on ascm and seat to use just 2 wires and repin the on both sides a code acsm. You can find it all on schematics in ISTA. I think you have US version car and seats are from EU version (or other country).
3 pin seats have module for seat recognition and signals are + - and signal 2 pin seats have just simple resistance based cushion to detect occupancy I've did this already but in opposite way. |

It is easy:
remove pin49 from connector A11x3B on ACSM module and connect it to pin1 on A11x4B connector on ACSM module remove pin45 from connector A11x3B on ACSM module and connect it to pin2 on A11x4B connector on ACSM module remove pin31 on passenger seat connector car side and leave it disconnected remove pin29 on passenger seat connector car side and connect it to pin 31 Then you need a proper coding of ACSM module. |

My airbag module has 3 plugs. Plug A11*4B doesn't exist.
That is the problem. MGU virgin and patching in Europa.
