Can someone confirm this immo off inside 24c04 eprom or it need to be done in flash as well ?

yes only off in eeprom for edc15 , u can google for vagedc tool I think their page is vagdash their u can download the edc15 tool load the eeprom dump and immo off it yourself

Actually, I already solved this car today-reprogramm keys and it started. My immo off solution did not work and now its to late to test yours solutions mates. Anyway,thank you very much.
