XZBMW  ISTA fail afer NCS Expert install
Got a working version of ISTA P and D. I installed BMW Standard tools (NCS Expert). And after that ISTA P stopped working :/
I got an EDIABAS error.

How can I install NCS Expert, and still have a working ISTA P version?

Do I have to edit EDIABAS files (That is allready installed)?

EDIT..


ISTA-P requires the use of patched EDIABAS when using emulation of ICOM.

Install patched EDIABAS 7.3.0 again.

I tried that. But got the same error. Had to delete everything and reistall ISTA.
So now I'm afraid that if I reinstall NCS, ISTA P will display the same error.

Uninstall ediabas.msi
computer restart
install Standard TOOLS 2.12
Interface = STD: OBD
COM 9
change after installation
C:\EDIABAS\BIN\ ediabas.ini
edit
[TCP]
;============================================
RemoteHost =192.168.68.40
Port =6801

Save, and you have the same as ediabas.msi
