Stealing old chain.
I'm a bit confused about this EPS issue, as there seems to be differen answers, so please tell me: 1. Car has not Servotronic and second hand EPS is installed, is it possible? 2. Car has Servotronic (216) and second hand unit is installed from car that has also 216, possible? I have installed a couple of time factory new, that is no problem, however, I used AOS ISTA which is a bit sledgehammer for this tiny little job. I found a video how to do it with Esys, but I like to have it very shortly written also, please. |

Servotronic requires an FSC code, so the donor should be from a car that's older than the patient.

Just flash EPS then code. If integration level of donor is close to recipient, coding is enough. If it flashes the HWEL have a match. If HWEL have no match the steering wont work without DTCs and it wont code successfully!.

What about new EPS for a car with Servotronic?
i found a video FSC installing, but honestly it was so messy that I'm not sure the guy did know what to do. Coding with ESYS, no problem, but how to inject FSC, indetails? (so with brand new unit) I have injected acouple of times SLA FSC, but naturally this is different |
