Re-install all. First clean windows and then try to install ewa/epc/wis again.

I have the same problem about 7 & 8 points.

How I do the reinstallation? Clean Windows mean first clear Windows Register and second quit all the files into EPC directory?

I think this is not a good result because I quit all the entrances in Windows via CCleaner and then I quit all the files into this directory.

I think I need more actions. ????

Please someone that know the problem, give me the replay. Help me. I try to install EPC during 10 days or more and WIS and EWA were installed since first time.

Clean mean ..use clean app from EWA folder....not clean the windows.... Regards...

Are you sure your Lan ID does not look like 08D244A4EDA4

Show it does it use these keys
