Hi,

Latest GDS2 v19.0.05700 version with GM Global & Opel-Vauxhall 2018.1 Packages copied from original GM MDI software.

For installation please just see the steps below :

1- Install GDS2Install then install GDS2JavaInstall
2- Put the zip file called deliverable GM Global or OpelVauxhall v2018.1 into the below folder:
C:\ProgramData\GDS2\PersistentData\Downloads\DataBackups
3- Open GDS2 and click Manage Diagnostics Packages
4- Click on browes
5- Then go to: C:\ProgramData\GDS2\PersistentData\Downloads\DataBackups
6- Then click for exemple on deliverable_OpelVauxhall v2018.1 and click on open
7- GDS2 will restart

Tried installing, always comes up with java error,
system cannot find file ; t2w-proxy.jar
Nevermind..... smile

Hi,

I used old GDS2 version 19.0.04100 and installed this new version 19.0.04100 with 2018.1 GM Global-Opel Packages, all works perfect.

Are you using it in VMware or in native windows?
I suppose that newer packages works in old GDS2 versions but vice-versa is not ( old packages in new GDS2 version will not ).
I said I suppose because I didn't tested by myself.

Hi,

I tested it on VM Ware and it's works OK.

Yes, old packages 2017.5 don't works with this new GDS2 version, only with 2018.1 packages.
