Hi,
@twoone: thanks for your offer, and for the tip with corrupt files. I tried it first only with global, de and en-files, works good. After this i tried the update with blp and sdp datas. Error. New download from BMW_ISPI_ISTA_DELTA-SDP_4.10.20 solved my problem, now it works like a charm.

Your problem is that you have cs-CZ as a subscribed language but you don't have BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_DELTA_cs-CZ_4.10.20 as a file in the downloads directory.
I don't know the solution to removing cs-CZ as a language. I started from scratch again with a different standalone without that language and updated successfully.
