Try removing ista-delta-sdp 4.10.13 from that directory. You have the full sdp file that should do. also the meta-sdp 4.10.13b

can somebody help me? I had installed standalone 4.10.14, the update to 4.10.20 with launcher console fails...

Did you unblock al files?

How many space left on C drive?

Maybee some files are damaged?(I think not because are more than one)

For some reason unpacking goes wrong of some files. Looks like the files that are most memory consuming are go wrong.
Delta DE and GB are very smal.

yes, all unblocked. Left Space is 78gb. dont know about damages, which files could be damaged? But, there have been no files packed in the download...
