Removing non- working Chrysler Ignition cylinder
If you have a Chrysler ignition lock that has quit working with correct key, lube lock really well, decode customer key and cut code onto a metal head key. Run key in and out several times to spread lubricant. If problem was badly worn key, just cut back onto proper transponder key, but if it will not work, tap on the end of key lightly and after 20-50 taps, or more, lock cylinder will turn for easy replacement.
The sidebar locks are the worst for hanging up, even current Strattec 703719. A little time with this will save you a lot of messy
