if you try with nec clone programmer try alo to put power 5-5,2v and then try to read

I set new km value In The Bsi, But i can't read the Dash With Nec mcu
using Clone Nec Programmer but show me Msg Readout Time-Out Error

Yes it is dash sagem and bsi with motorola 912. i didnt lift reset pin, and nec programmer wont work without external power.

do what i tell you, first try to put external power to 5 or 5-2v
then if dont read again try to rise pin reset
(my programmer have two led red and green, reduces the voltage to less till red led is off then try to read) This work for me if i have problem to read nec

I would propose to leave dash. Read the 68HC912DG128 chip from the BSI (Valeo),New km .
. Then connect dash to the connectors .
on the car WITHOUT the BSI. Put the key to the ignition, but do not start!!!
just power on the dash. Dash value will self deletes.
After this connect the BSI and km value will be automatically loaded from BSI to dash.

Thats correct, i try that with sagem v16, and just waste my time. your solution for reading nec work and i will post result after i put it in the car.

After I put corrected dash in the car mileage stay the same.

1. take out bsi and done only him, mileage changes but after turn off ignition old mileage roll back
2. then I take out bsi and dash, and checked bsi ans there was new mileage, so I didn't program it again
3 program dash with NEC ( on dash is 294799 and nyo read 294700, I try to correct it to 174799 and nyo correct it to 174700 and then write it to dash
4 put it in the car and dash shows old mileage.

does someone know what is the problem.

I think your problem is how you save nec file in hex format..
try to read again and save as bin file. when you finish write
read again and see what km are now.
