Using winkfp on a M3 DME is what cause the issue I don't think it's dead because I'm still able to access it

RE: NEED HELP CODING DSC AND ABG
Ok right all you need to do now is to try flash it again with winkfp and make sure the car getting a good source of power !!! and see if there's any code show up in case the update fail !!

i share for free and without password because there's some people when they share something they like to think they are kinda genius and won't share password for everybody angry
the main reason is to share and make people feel happy and help them not showing yourself as albert einstein giggle

RE: NEED HELP CODING DSC AND ABG
If you can scan the DME with ISTA D and also the programming status is 1 then is nothing wrong
with the programming. You may have put by mistake a different software, but this is not going to change if you program again with the wrong software or if you program a DME that is already programmed correctly.Check first if you have programmed the correct ZB.
Clear all the faults , scan again with ISTA D and see what could be the problem.EKPS is just a slave to DME, the diagnosis is through DME.

Thank you Im currently looking into this istap error
I believe it's because I did not code the radio to my car

As far as the dme goes I'm able to manipulate and diagnose most of the it's features throught ista D including the ekps

I'll recheck all the module another module that is also not showing up is the EPS AMP

Guys I'm in the process of moving so I will take me some time to get back to diagnosing the car

RE: NEED HELP CODING DSC AND ABG
I responded to your post on another thread.
Because you used the latest ISTA/p you should have the latest Datens for your car which match the ISTA/p version or later.
Forget ISTA/p altogether unless you're using an ICOM because you have a CAS module which also means the car is equipped with a MOST bus fiber optic network. Why don't you just post up the last 7 of your VIN and I will look up the car and see where I can help.
The CAS cannot be re-written. You probably did more harm than good hooking up this latest ISTA/p to it. Stick with NCS and WINKFPT since you have them. Like I said, make sure you have the latest Datens for the car. Start INPA and read the UIF. You will get all of the ZB numbers and dates programmed.
We will doublecheck this with the latest ZB number that is supposed to be on the vehicle per VIN and see if that is correct. If not correct, we will correct it.
If it is correct then it is possible you are not encoding the car correctly and/or you have not aligned the DME with CAS.
I have been dealing with these cars since the 1980's I know what I am doing.
