Is this full or lite version ?

This is SP-Daten, not PSdZData.  There is no such thing as Lite and Full Sp-Daten, as it is already split up by Chassis, so no need. It's not like you have to download 80+ Gb for full data like PSdZData.  Largest single file, E89, is less than 5 Gb for all of it.

Sorry for the next doubt (I'm quite noob yet).
I have retrofitted and coded an AHL FRM in my 1 Series E87 LCI. Do I need the full E89 PSdZData in order to update the FRM's firm and write my VIN on it with WinKFP or E89 SP-Daten would be enough to do that process?

You need only E89 SP-Daten.  PSdZData is for newer F / I / G Series Cars, not older E-Series cars.
