My computer can not cecognize C3 mux after I set all what it need to be set, com port, cal. Ini files but stil can not recognize the mux please help.

Is the mux hooked up to the car? The mux gets power from the car, and mux be hooked up to communicate with the computer.

Yes my friend offcourse, it is connected with car and have power green bulb powered on.

Has it worked for you before? i have seen t30 serial ports fail, is very old now

if ithas worked in past , possible your serial adaptor cable seen many go bad poor quality ? .

i think ur pb is the notebook, t30 have cold solder on rs232 db9 connector on board,,,99,9% secure
check and report,,,
