Recently I purchased CanClip Alliance version (looks like RLT but simple PCB).
After software install and activation and connection to car only two red lamps lighting,
two green lamps not. Reinstall of software does not help. Sorftware does not see sonde.

Is Canclip hardware deffect? Please advise

The search sequence for an undetected adapter is as follows:
1. Give 12V power to the adapter, 2 LEDs light up ("ISO" and "Battery").
2. Connect the adapter to the USB connector, now all 4 LEDs should light up, the connection sound is heard, a window appears saying something is connected and the drivers are installed, the adapter will appear in the device tree in the Bosch folder (here you can see its type).
3. The Alliance adapter 926573 will appear in the program itself, for the RTL2002 adapter to Windows 32 bit, you need to copy 2 files (probesConfiguration.hml + probesConfiguration_logs.hml) to folder C:\CLIP\Config\.
If all 4 LEDs do not light, then this is most likely due to the fact that the USB port in the laptop does not support the standard 2.0, which corresponds to the silver adapter. We will not rule out an adapter failure either.

You will see there a type of your probe.

Please look on PCB. It is not Bosch design. I hear sound. But it does not appear. There is no Bosch folder. 
This PCB has own deivers, not from Bosch.

PCB is unknown to me, never seen this before.
Port is USB2.0 ?
Is all 4 Leds on?

Yes, I connect it in the car.
