i have an old car like laguna 1 (laguna Nevada SW 97) Can this device (Can Clip) communicate with ECU fenix Siemens? Does Somebody have this experience?

Recently I purchased CanClip Alliance version (looks like RLT but simple PCB).
After software install and activation and connection to car only two red lamps lighting, two green lamps not. Reinstall of software does not help. Sorftware does not see sonde. Is Canclip hardware deffect? Please advise |
