Hi,

The Probe need to be pairing (with PIN : JCIPROBE) via Windows bluetooth utility before using with clip software. It will be identified by OS from his Serial, and not as RLT2002.

Same in Clip Soft, VCI is identified by his serial. Add it same as a Alliance IV VCI.

Hi GA members. Kindly ask your opinion about a can clip tester which is blocked at 20% firmware update. First I used V134 and run ok, then update to V136 and not working anymore, even with V134. Thanks in advance

The last version it is 9.21.02
But not with Nissan Consult III Plus

Hello partnerts i am here asking for some orientation, i have troubles for reinstalling usb drivers of clip sonde, my can clip was working perfect in my old laptop (that got damaged and now doesn't exist)
So i had to buy a new laptop I installed can clip software and when connected the sonde by usb port it just ask for 2x drivers...instead of 4x drivers as usually does
what will be the problem? Thanks for reading me
