You must can give more info:
What OS? 32bit or 64 bit? Fresh copy? Use antivirus or not?
If windows dont ask for rest 2 drivers, then install manually from "Device Manager"

Hello obdstar thanks for your answer, look this is my situation i use fresh install of windows xp sp3 32bit(laptop is new) i use nod32 antivirus(but most of the time i keep it disabled),

I had clip working perfectly in old laptop, i had installed 4 drivers just once (many years ago when clip was ver81.) and i keeped updating clip sofware without any troubles with drivers.

Now that i have new laptop, installed clip v136 (same version i had in old laptop) and when connected the sonde windows device manager just recognizes 2 usb devices: jcae can apres and jcae iso apres, are missing jcae can avant and jcae iso avant.

i hope i've been clear..any question please let me know

Is it working in cars?
If yes do not boughter at all
At me it shows only 2 X drivers but it is installed 4 X drivers in Device Manager
And it is working like a charm in all cars ( programming is working too )

Till Now I've tried it in Car Thalia 2006 and diagnosis ok, But I tried it in old Cars Like megane 2002 and R19 2002 and doesn,'t work.

In the device manager Just Show Me x2 usb devices...the installed drivers are:
JCAE CAN APRES RENUMERATION
JCAE ISO APRES RENUMERATION

while those that aren't installed are:
JCAE CAN AVANT RENUMERATION
JCAE ISO AVANT RENUMERATION

I don't know why those ones aren't detected

May be the New versions of clip Modified the Firmware in Module and now just work on that way?
Could you Connect your sonde to another pc(that never has had clip or its drivers) and let me know how is the interface recognized?

Look at how I'm doing every time
I'm using Boot It mahager
When a new version of Can Clip software release I erase that partition and copy anew brand Win Xp Tablet PC Edition.
Then I'm installin the Can Clip software and install the drivers
It ask me and install 4 drivers
But in the Device Manager I only see too
When I'm installing anew version of software I'm testing it in 2-3 diffrent cars
Logan,Laguna 3, Solenza and one time using a 2 pins adaptor I tested a Dacia 1310 injection
I'm using my tool in all kind of Renault Dacia cars and as I remember I allways saw in the Device Manage 2 drivers showed not 4

When Installing the drivers, It ask me just 2x drivers... I've just tried on Logan 2008 and Diagnostic ok. Problem seems to be just with old cars

Well this is a problem if it asked you only for two drivers
As I told you at me it ask for four drivers but in the Device Manager it is shows only two
And the it is working in any car
One question please
When you install the softwares do you finish it after reboot?
Do you install the CAN CLIP in what OS ( Win XP or 7 ) ?
Do you install in 32bits or 64 bits systems
Try to plugg the tool in difrent computer and see if it ask you to install the 4 drivers

2. I Use Windows xp sp3 32bit
3. I've Plugged it on 3 Different pc's and the result is the same...

You answered yourself in point 3: I've Plugged it on 3 Different pc's and the result is the same...so you tell us what is faulty? your three computers or your canclip device? That answers it right. And like the member suggested it is a hardware problem. Try opening it if you're confident and check all the connections are intact. They come in two pieces with connetors on each side. Usually this problem happens when you mishandle Chinese products. After all Chinese products are FRAGILE
