Hi,

Im driving a mid 2013 116i F21 with the 8-speed transmission. Car is tuned to stage 1. The original 116i EGS shifts before 6000rpm in Sportmode, tuned the extra 1000rpm is usefull.

That is why i tried to VO code the 2TB (sportstransmission) option but that did nothing (i thought maybe the built date is to old). I also read you can flash the 125i EGS on it, that is what i am after right now.

I have Esys with full PSdZ. Do i flash this by using the typeschlussel from a F21 125i in de FA (VO) and only select the EGS?
Want to be 100% sure before i start this project

I do think the M135i-140i has an other EGS and is not just coding.

Try updating your EGS and ICM.

You are correct, it is not just coding.

Trying to make a plan which involves flashing ONLY the EGS with the 125i files generated with a modified FA. Just dont know if this is the way, and what more i need to do.
