I have the same Problem. After a while, my car wants to have the second USB Stick...

After finish downloading just split it to 3 foldes like image   and you are done

What about the config.nfm file?
Are you doing the CIC_2019-1 folder on the stick or just the 3x USB folder?

Put Config.nfm with Pkgdb folder in root , Pkgbd of folder USB1 in 1 usb , when asking for 2nd usb just replace Pkgdb by the one in USB2 and same for 3rd

Sort as above in the picture the files to USB-01, USB-02, USB-03 ..
Put on the stick the empty folder "pkgdb" and the "config.nfm" ..
Put in the empty folder "pkgdb" the files from the folder "USB-01 pkgdb" (see picture) ..
Make the update until he says insert USB-02 ..
Then you delete the contents of the folder "pkgdb" (where you made the USB-01 "pkgdb" files in) and insert the contents of the folder "USB-02 pkgdb" there (see picture)..
Make the update until he says insert USB-03 ..
There you go then just as with USB-01 and USB-02 ..

Hmmm, my CIC does not recocnize the update. With former updates I had no problems.
Actually I am not sure if the USB-Stick mus be formated in exFat or Fat?

EDIT: Fat32 is needed.

You will need to overwrite the old file and reload the generator.
Go and search in your Generator folder where your old lookup file is and rename it to Lookup.xml.old . Copy the new one and run the generator. Search " Europe Premium 2019-1"

At the next lookup I have to rename the current synonymous and the old can I delete now?
Now I have Premium 1x with USB and 1x without USB ..
If I go via USB I choose 2019-1 USB.

I had to make a USB stick three USB stick to share all the Files.At the first attempt this at 100% stopped and CIC demanded for USB stick two.
