Thanks guys unfortunately it was wrong ecu with different HW number and coding for automatic transmission :/ I bought another one with same PN and hardware version. I would really appreciate if you can match them for me please.

this happen when you write old ecu flash to donor one
Well you need to Write Donor ECU flash !

checksum in eeprom already corrected
