hey
i have found one of those chip in one vag tacho that i have here and have desoldered it and put it in the op com.
now its working.
i finaly can have access to my ecu.

Rinestonecowboy do you know another improvements that i can do in this opcom to make it as much stable as it can be?

If you have A1040 chip on CAN BUS ( especially on HS-CAN ) then you have to change it with TJA1050 or MCP2551/2561/2562
TJA1040 cannot works in High speed CAN as HS-CAN OR CH-CAN but it will do it in MS-CAN.

Hello crossman use firmware 1.39 then it should connect and you can read pin change mileage etc but change back to 1.59 if you want to program anything else apart from dash glad you got it working

I already tried with the firmware 1.39 and it doesnt conect to the module, but it conects to all the other modules.
I have used tge 1.39 firmware and the opcom 100219a EN and it doest conect. 
It conects to my van that is a combo c 2001 1.7di but doesnt conect to my friend combo c 2005 1.3cdti.

Hi CT members
I am having problem as in pic CRC error=00  H SCAN
can someone explain what it is?
Second pic I got NO number of measured values.
Any advise and help greatly appreciated.

Coverage for A13DTR is starting from 150406b.
But as I remember just with read/erase DTC
For mesuring block coverage is starting in 170823c.
That's why you can see anything if you are using vauxcom 120309a
