Hi i try now log in swiftec and i cant they say my email not exist i try dongle works but show internet connection fails on start say this i made in pictures, sameone know what is this, i cant use this any more,

but maybe your dongle is banned due sharing their files over the web ?

Only with FB pages but always i sent chip tunning file made in winols i never use swiftec for tune only sametime for dpf egr, whaat if they see and block me can i fix this or what will happen

I dubit 2 files shared are the problem..we do it all the time between few friends.. many chiptuning services than be baned becouse share or sell their solutions(who now if payed or not?), if your subs are active fastest way will be contact support maybe someone brake in your acount and use your email..many things could be

I try to call them, she say dont know nothing and only way to i wait suppport ansver me on mail so now i wait all day, is crazy i have but canot use so i dont recommended anyone to buy this, is 7400 euro and update every year and if you try sell any file on net will be blocked
