I recently realize myself a retrofit HU_ENTRY -> HU_NBT_EVO on my F20 of 2012.

I buy for it a controller Idrive model: 65 82 9 350 723
I also buy a touch controller model: 65 82 9 347 472

I connect everything correctly on the CAN2H /L bus.

But when I want to write a text with the taclite pad, I see on the screen the trace of my finger on the touchpad but no character is written ... For example I reproduced the letter "E" and nothing is written in the text field.

The touch controller is a "JAPAN" model, should we use an "ECE" model?

Have you ever encountered this problem ?

Already tried to set language to english? Japan version can't write in German/French...

is wrong part it not work with english
for ECE you need 65 82 9 490 069

Yes I will test with english language, if it work, I will buy the ECE version.
My language is : french
