In 4.15.16 full torrent it's present.
That thread is just standalone. It's more simple.

I'm always using same method of updating but now language files can't be installed and I don't know why?
Or we have missing .xml file?

With ENET cable cannot Execute Mesures plan (knob is greued out). With ICOM works fine.

Programming via ISTA-D possible only through ICOM !!!!!
