i want to try to virgin the ecu .

Must i read only eeprom from ecu or also read eeprom from bsi to make virgin?

And how to get the code ? from dump?

I just dont know exactly what steps to do to make it virgin.

Ps. a friend got Lexia 3 for learning the keys

And flash from ECU ? Or must i make full read (KTAG) the ecu? or Read via OBD in Car?

I tried to read the ecu with ktag and fg tech but it is not on the list, and so i have no idea where to connect it , on the list are only sid 803 and 803A but there are different i have SID 804 !

Do someone know how i can read the ecu ? Or should i put back in car and try obd?

i desoldered the 95160 EEPROM chip from BSI and readed with minipro there are only all zeros ...... 

Dump bad? Is that the reason why the car not start? How can this happen ??




It is a SIEMENS BSI F0x ,
and Immo Service Tool v1.2 says EEPROM is 95128 but there was 95160 inside, i readed the chip first as 95160
it has 2kb file size and after that i readed it as 95128 with 16kb file size, but still all zeros... 

Immo Service Tool v1.2 says that SIEMENS BSI with E0x number has 95160 EEPROM 
and with F0x number 95128


And Immo service Tool v1.2 says that there is IMMO OFF Solution for the 29F400 EEPROM on ECU, 
could that be true ????

Then i would just unsolder the 29F400 and try this
But i am not sure because everybody says there is no solution , and i cant find a way to read out the 29F400 flash and i never readed such one with MINIPRO programmer not sure if it will work...

Do someone know where the eeprom is on the ecu ? Maybe i can read it out and find the pin code , but i cant see a eeprom on this ecu

i will unsolder now eeprom on ecu, read it , and if i can read out pin i will buy julie emulator .

Or should i try virgin ecu , but i am not sure if it is possible because on BSI there is no content on eeprom....

now i am really confused , read the Eeprom 93C56 with Minipro Programmer from ECU and the file is only 1Kb and it looks the same like from the 95160 chip from BSI dump all zeros ...


Is that maybe fault from programmer ? I never had problems with Minipro programmer....

could it be both Eeprom dumps be bad????? and how can this happen???
