This would force the 0pa to be flashed. This may fail just as well.

I would make sure you have proper vehicle power (charger), and try with laptop on charging cord, or without.

What would be bad if it flashed Opa? I had this happen few times module would not flash i enabled Force program programming and flashed no problem

I tried all, nothing helps.. goes to 6% and Same error..
Didnt try with power suplly yet. but i don't believe it will help.. i know icom will help but i can't get any....

I would try two things first,

1. Try fast baud rate
2. Get an ICOM

Baud rate not working.. 
My friend have icom but he can fix it to me after 3 weeks.. Its a long period... I believe that there is a way to do it with K+DCAN cable..

Are there any other modules showing faults on the car?
I remember some older E39s would have ABS pumps that would try to contact the engine ECU during programming which would cause a failure, so unplugging the DSC connector would solve this.

A faulty module could interrupt communication
