Firs of all Global Tis v32B cover only this languages:
- English
- German
- Spanish
- Portuguese

So your Internet explorer must be set in English
You also can click on that "yellow" bar Settings (le impostazioni) and then "Allow"
It is already told you what to do "Fare click qui per ulteriori opzioni"

i think i'm gonna reinstall win 7 in english and also explorer. Can i reuse the same license on same computer? 

cause now i've got this error

Install windows 7 Pro or Ultimate 32 bit.
Install Java v6.16 or 6.20.
Install Intrnet explorer v8.
Install Global Tis v32.
Ask for activation again (the one you already have won't works anymore)

P.S. - about that error
10% can be fixed
90% you have to reinstall Global Tis
