Good evening.

I have a 2010 BMW E91 NON iDrive registered in 04/10, originally installed was a professional HU without Bluetooth and USB but it has a CD Changer. There is no MULF in boot either.

I am looking at upgrading to Professional HU 07/10 with built in Bluetooth and USB function (It has the white port on the back). I have all the wires and microphone etc

I am a bit stuck with the coding side of it. I know I need to change the VO of the car.

Will I need to change the VIN on the HU? (If so a step by step guide would be great)

Are these the three VO's I will need to add: $663 $6NN $6FL?

Will the CD changer still work?

Anything else I may have missed?

I think you are talking about the Radio Professional al not the CIC Professional?
In that case your CD-changer will work also with the new unit.
Long time ago I did such a change, but if I remember correctly, you have to add $663 $6NN $6FL and you also have to change the time criteria to 09/10 (from here the units with integrated bluetooth started).

I don´t have a step by step guide. Just install the radio with all needed wires and the right wires (for USB it´s not the same cable as that for CIC USB!!!) and parts and then add the three $xxx to your FA, delete the #xxxx and add #0910 and code the RAD2.

For code, you need to remove time criteria (#xxxx) and add #0311 (i use this one, not sure if #0910 will do), $6NN and $6FL ($663 should be there already).
Do not write FA to car, just use it do default code rad2. If you are using DCAN cable and not icom, maybe you i'll get error.
If so, do SG_reset on RAD2 and after SG_codieren (in expert mode, of course).
