Hi, accidentally i've delete configuration of my sd connect c4 (i've choose reset to factory setting directly on interface instead choose reboot). 
Interface now is not recognized from xentry and is not accesible from SDConnect Toolkit.
Now how i can reconfigure sd connect?

go to sd connect toolkit administration, second tab, (first i think is information, second registration, test, update) fill what you need and press first button on the bottom left

Device not in use (before reset factory setting the writing was in italian ,now in english). Then on c4 screen i've 

Name: 00
Serial: 100925

And then only WlanMac, no other information

Ip in ethernet card is the same before reset: 172.29.127.119

Try again to clear the sd settings and see.
Remove the battery inside ( if you have any )

SDConnect Toolkit uses Multicast and Broadcasts on the network to locate devices, so you can have an invalid network configuration and the Toolkit will still "see" the MUX on the network.

In most cases the errors are caused from nor being on the same subnet.

Use the green cable and connect to the MUX. Open SDConnect Toolkit Administration and locate your MUX in the left column and double click it. It will begin to populate the right side with some information including it's LAN IP and Subnet Mask. You may have to double click it three or four times before the LAN section is populated and its normal. Assign your laptop the same IP but one number higher or lower as the last digit, and the same Subnet Mask. After this is done, the Toolkit should establish communications and populate the tab second from left where you can assign it a number besides "0" and if you use wireless you can enter that data. Make sure you save the data and you should be up and running.
