I am going to program key for this car which have Cas3+ ISTA-P 54+ with tango
and all key are lost so that I need DME ISN.

i think your tool do not read otp area, where sk located

This ecu does not have OTP area. Also ISN is not held in OTP area for BMWs.

It is just encrypted and blocked for reading/writing.
You need very special tools to do this DME.

I read this DME using FGTech Programmer succesfully.

No you didn't, not the whole content anyways. The protected section is all 00.
