Hello, Guys,
I have EWA installed, with EPC/WIS 01.2014. It runs perfectly with this machine im using now, but i tried to install it in an "old" DELL (InteL Core Duo) of a friend of mine. Ok: - WIS: seems to work fine, - EPC: with EPC 09.2013 (could not update for a later version, because the disk has only 80 Gb), EPC does not load the information from the VIN. I will post later the information of the WIS and EPC license keys that I have (obtained them with a reasonable KG, for some reason I lost HP-EVA Key Gen .... which was much better) but i dont know if the problem comes from there. Any ideas that may help me with this? Regards, João |

From admin tool delete WIS database backup. It will create space for the new EPC update

Thanks.
I will do that later, saw here that it may be a good help to release some space. But the main issue is with EPC not recognizing any VIN. May it be a problem with the activation key? Dont believe so, I tested the KG with my EPC and the key given by that KG was exactly the same as the one I have here (in this PC, with EPC working 100% fine). |

Same key will not work on different PC's. The LAN ID's are different. Post your LAN & I will give you a key for EPC & we will go from there.
When you say EPC not recognising any VIN are you talking about Datacard or EPC? Art
