dose anyone know away to patch the med17.5.2 tp20 trop7 lock i can read and write via flex on the bench, but i would like to be able to unlock it to flash via odb with cmd instead of bench flashing everytime

i did the write in bootmode via flex, and when i tried to read with cmd it will not read from ecu but wants to give me VR file instead. and if i hit no to vr read then it comes up like this

HW Protected ECU, please use TRICORE BOOT/BENCH MODE
or try with VRead

Yes it was successful. My flex is master but my cmd is slave atm. But that shouldn't have anything to do with the way it would read the ecu.

It search for pasword wich canot be found..thats why error probably , why dont do with VR whats wrong with?

Since its trop7 after writing mod file via cmd VR it has a no start. I was hoping there way away to patch it to allow it to start after write via odb

did you actualy try now when tprot is patched also? I did this ecu by cmd recently without bootmode but didnt check tprot level..
